Sometimes, meaningful impact begins with something as simple as planting a tree.
Last week, together with our leadership team and employees, we organized a tree planting initiative at our affiliate company, Taghiyev Operating Company (TOC). What made this initiative truly valuable was not only the trees planted, but the shared sense of purpose behind it - people coming together to contribute, support one another, and invest in a greener future for the communities where we operate.
At GL Group, we believe that sustainability is not only about long-term goals or strategy documents. It is also reflected in small, practical actions that bring people together and create visible, lasting impact over time.
