On the sidelines of the Energy Intelligence Forum 2026 in London, a GL Group delegation led by Asif Zeynalov, Group Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Advisory Board, met with Lorenzo Simonelli, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes.
The discussions covered developments across the energy sector and opportunities for further cooperation between the two companies. GL Group’s five-year strategic cooperation services agreement with Baker Hughes, signed in July 2026 in Houston, USA, provides a framework for closer technical engagement and the application of technologies to support the development of GL Group’s assets.
The meeting offered an opportunity to exchange views on priorities for this cooperation and explore areas of mutual interest.
